Focused foundation

For a straightforward informational site with defined requirements, modest page count, useful existing branding, substantial source content, and no unusually complex integrations.
Most business projects
Business Website
Typically $2,500–$5,000
For more pages, content organization, copy assistance, custom design and components, forms, analytics, tracking, migration, integrations, or deeper UX work.
Complex requirements
Advanced / Custom
Custom quote
For complex WordPress, ecommerce, databases, membership systems, substantial custom functionality, web applications, or unusual integrations.
Standard hourly work
Remote support and consulting
Nonprofits are treated as organizational clients. Remote work is preferred and available nationwide.
Onsite work
Available where it is useful.
The applicable hourly rate still applies. Travel charges and/or minimum engagements may apply depending on location and are confirmed in advance.
Onsite service is available by arrangement in Bailey, Conifer, nearby mountain communities, the Denver metro area, and elsewhere along the Colorado Front Range.
Existing websites
Troubleshooting, maintenance, enhancement, and rescue
Work can be hourly when the path is exploratory, or quoted as a fixed project when the scope is clear.
Pay as needed
Request work when it comes up. Unless a different scope is quoted, website work is billed at the standard business rate.
Ongoing Website Care
A custom recurring arrangement may include defined work time, priority scheduling, relevant routine maintenance, and defined business-day response expectations. Additional work is billed separately.
Ongoing business technology
Retainers without “unlimited support” ambiguity.
An ongoing arrangement can give you priority access to someone who already understands your systems, so each request does not begin from zero.
Every retainer is built around explicitly defined included time, scope, response expectations, and additional-work pricing. Altus does not promise unlimited support, instant response, round-the-clock availability, or emergency coverage.
Website infrastructure

We may manage hosting, source infrastructure, registrar or domain settings, DNS, deployment, and maintenance for a modest ongoing fee.
Client-managed
We can configure client-owned accounts, deploy there, and provide migration, documentation, and handoff. The additional setup and transfer effort may add cost.
